What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers focused on embedded controls development
- Drive planning, prioritization, and execution of software deliverables across multiple projects and product initiatives
- Provide technical leadership in software architecture, design, coding, debugging, integration, and validation activities
- Guide design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making to ensure robust and maintainable solutions
- Partner with cross-functional engineering and business teams to align technical execution with product requirements, quality expectations, cost targets
