About the role
The Project Manager – Data Centre Cooling / HVAC / Chillers is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical cooling infrastructure projects for data centres. This role focuses on HVAC plants, chiller systems, precision cooling, chilled water networks, controls integration, and related mechanical infrastructure to ensure high availability, energy efficiency, and compliance with project, safety, and quality requirements.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end execution of data centre cooling and HVAC chiller projects, from design review through commissioning and handover
- Manage projects involving chillers, CRAH/CRAC/Fan wall units, Liquid cooling, CDU units chilled water systems, condenser water systems, pumps
- Coordinate with design consultants, MEP teams, OEMs, controls teams, contractors, and data centre operations stakeholders
- Review mechanical and HVAC design drawings, equipment layouts, P&IDs, technical specifications, BOQs, and method statements
- Oversee installation, testing, balancing, flushing, pressure testing, commissioning, and integrated system validation of cooling systems
