About the role
We are looking for an experienced ICM Rule and Advanced Workflow Developer to support our SAP-based incentive compensation platform. This role plays a critical part in translating compensation plan design into system configuration, ensuring accurate payouts, strong governance, and efficient approval workflows.
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain complex incentive compensation calculation rules within SAP
- Translate plan documents into system logic including rate tables, tiered curves, accelerators, thresholds, caps, and clawbacks
- Develop eligibility and crediting rules based on role, hierarchy, territory, and business unit
- Support compensation cycles including accruals, adjustments, and final payouts
- Troubleshoot calculation discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
