About the role
The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of Air‑Cooled and Water‑Cooled Chiller systems in data centre environments. The role also includes supporting and executing data centre HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and seamless customer communication.
What you'll do
- Perform service, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions on Air‑Cooled and Water‑Cooled Chillers, including screw, scroll, and centrifugal systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues in chiller and HVAC systems
- Conduct chiller start-up, commissioning, performance testing, and system optimization
- Manage site execution for data center cooling projects, including planning, installation oversight, and coordination with contractors and OEM teams
- Support upgrades, retrofits, and energy‑efficiency improvements in existing data centre cooling infrastructure
