Griffin Club - Operations Associate

About the role

At Griffin, operations is not backend coordination — it is what makes every founder experience feel seamless, premium and intentional. As Operations Associate, Griffin Club, you will work closely with the Griffin team to manage the execution engine behind Griffin’s salons, retreats, founder gatherings, delegations, private dinners, gifting moments, member touchpoints and special access experiences.

What you'll do

• Event Operations & Execution
• Support end-to-end execution of Griffin Salons, Retreats, Privé gatherings, founder dinners, delegations, IPO Dialogue, special access visits and member experiences
• Maintain event-wise master checklists, timelines, run sheets and minute-by-minute MOPs
• Track guest lists, RSVPs, dietary preferences, seating, arrival flow, transport, hotel details and special requirements
• Coordinate with venues, hotels, F&B teams, AV teams, production vendors, security, photographers and support staff
