Senior Video Editor, YouTube – Inc42

Senior content and media role at Inc42 Media in Delhi. Needs 6+ years.
About the role
We're hiring a senior editor who treats YouTube as its own language, takes a project from raw footage to final master without needing every decision prescribed, and sets the post-production standard the rest of the division works to.
What you'll do
- Long-form YouTube edits, end to end: Explainers, founder interviews, podcasts and documentary-style stories, from raw footage to final master. This is the core of the job
- Story and structure in the edit: Finding the strongest moments, restructuring when the material demands it, building the opening and the momentum
- Podcast and multi-cam turnaround: Fast, clean first cuts on multi-camera conversations, so a shoot reaches the audience while it still matters
