Manager I, Software Engineering (India)

About the role

In this role you'll lead a small team of software engineers who design and build APIs specifically for benefits administration. We need a player/coach who will focus on strong technical design reviews, delivery, the adoption of thoughtful Ai tooling and accountability. We need a software engineer with experience building AI-native products across the full software development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• What You’ll Do Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools with appropriate guardrails— usage guidelines, review standards
• Uphold backward compatibility and API versioning discipline; coordinate breaking changes carefully with downstream consumers
• Ensure contract and integration testing coverage across consuming systems and services
