About the role
You will act as a key point of expertise in Research & Development, troubleshooting, and product engineering support. You will also apply your deep technical knowledge to propose and implement innovative ideas that strengthen our technology roadmap. This role is an onsite in Quartino, Ticino, Switzerland, supports the Critical Power Group.
What you'll do
- Contribute significantly to successful project outcomes within technology, product, and solution development, including associated Intellectual Property (IP)
- Act as a key point of expertise in Research & Development, troubleshooting, and product engineering support
- Partner with PCB layout, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure robust designs that meet signal integrity, EMC/EMI, thermal, manufacturability, DFM
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain engineering documentation while driving innovation through modern tools, technologies
