About the role
In this role, as Local Business Line Manager for Low Voltage Systems (LVS), you will be responsible for the Profit & Loss, operational performance, business growth, and strategy implementation for the Local Business Line. This role is contributing to the Low Voltage Systems (LVS), Smart Power Division, Electrification Business Area in Nashik, India.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for the Profit & Loss, operational performance, business growth, and strategy implementation for the Local Business Line
- Implementing the Division and Global Business Line strategy, supporting profitable business growth
- Developing and deploying Local Business Line strategies aligned with Global Business Line objectives, focusing on business growth, customer satisfaction
- Managing operational performance by ensuring meeting of key targets, including operating cash flow, project on-time and on-cost delivery, ROTD
- Managing localization initiatives, developing Extended Workbench Partners (EWP), and executing the business line quality strategy through continuous improvement
