Global Payroll & Time Technology Specialist

About the role

The Global Payroll & Time Technology Specialist plays a key role in supporting Takeda's Payroll and Workforce Technology transformation agenda, including ADP GlobalView, Workforce Software (WFS), Workday integrations, and future global initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support the implementation and optimisation of global Payroll and Time solutions across multiple countries
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for payroll and workforce technology projects, process improvements, and governance activities
• Coordinate project activities including requirements, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to business operations
• Partner with HR, Payroll, DD&T, vendors, and local teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of global solutions
• Drive process standardisation, simplification, and alignment with global best practices
