About the role
The Evidence Generation Lead, Systematic Literature Reviews is responsible for leading the design, execution, and delivery of systematic literature reviews (SLRs), targeted literature reviews (TLRs), evidence gap assessments, and evidence synthesis activities that support strategic evidence generation and decision-making across the product lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Evidence Synthesis Strategy and Execution
- Lead end-to-end systematic literature reviews, targeted literature reviews, scoping reviews
- Define research questions, eligibility criteria, search methodologies, screening approaches, data extraction plans, critical appraisal methods, and synthesis strategies
- Translate stakeholder evidence needs into fit-for-purpose evidence review designs aligned with asset, portfolio, and organizational objectives
- Identify evidence gaps, emerging trends, and opportunities to inform future evidence-generation priorities and research investments
