About the role
Entry level position; answers routine questions and issues from external or internal customers. Frequently escalates more complex customer complaints or issues to more senior customer service representatives. Avantor is hiring for the position of Associate – Exports, an entry-level role requiring 6 months to 1 year of experience.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with many other departments to ensure an efficient daily workflow
- Ensure export licenses are in place
- Ensure temperature-controlled products are treated in the correct way
- Ensure all chemicals have at least 12 months expiry prior to shipment
- Ensure internal account managers are informed of any credit blocks or price discrepancies on orders
