About the role
Contributes to the implementation of new data management processes, standards, and operational plans, ensuring improvements in data accuracy, security, and governance. What you'll do
- Support day-to-day Epicor ERP and enterprise system needs by helping users document issues, clarify requirements
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to evaluate business needs, recommend best practices, and prioritize enhancement opportunities
- Support testing, validation, deployment, and change management activities for system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements
- Utilize ABS methodologies and continuous improvement principles to optimize business processes and system performance
- Develop and deliver training materials, user documentation, and end-user learning programs through online learning platforms, Viva Engage
