About the role
Avantor is looking for The GLS LIMS Master Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining Global Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) master data including customer and/or compendial specifications for GxP and lab grade products. Works independently under close supervision, work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines.
What you'll do
- Creates, revises and maintains master data in LabVantage LIMS system, including but not limited to data related to LES, stability, parameters, parameter lists
- Support and maintain instrument, consumable type, and other non-product related master data
- Executes requested change management actions in QMS and LIMS
- Supports new product master data creation within LIMS
- Supports troubleshooting LIMS master data functional issues with management, IT, or service provider as necessary
