About the role
As a Functional Test Pattern Development Engineer , you will be responsible for developing, debugging, and optimizing functional test patterns for complex semiconductor and SoC products. You will work closely with Test Engineering and Bench teams to troubleshoot RTL simulation issues, enable successful silicon bring-up, and ensure seamless transition to volume production.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for developing, debugging, and optimizing functional test patterns for complex semiconductor and SoC products
- Work closely with Test Engineering and Bench teams to troubleshoot RTL simulation issues, enable successful silicon bring-up
- Develop and maintain functional test patterns based on design specifications and product requirements
- Execute and validate functional patterns in RTL simulation environments
- Support Test Engineering (TE) teams in vector bring-up and debug during silicon validation
