About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Principal Engineer - Distribution Enablement to drive the growth and adoption of business through global distribution partners. This role combines technical expertise, business development, channel enablement, and partner management to accelerate revenue growth, expand market reach, and strengthen ecosystem partnerships.
What you'll do
- Drive global distribution enablement initiatives for business, supporting sustainable revenue growth through channel partners
- Collaborate with Product Line Marketing and Application Marketing teams to develop product positioning, unique value propositions, training content
- Identify, onboard, develop, and scale high-potential distribution partners across target markets and industry verticals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, ODMs, and key ecosystem partners
- Develop and execute joint business plans with distribution partners, including product focus areas, growth objectives, and go-to-market strategies
