About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Design Lead with 10+ years of expertise in mixed-signal digital design and a strong background in Power ICs , including Gate Drivers, DC-DC Converters, and Point-of-Load (PoL) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving products from architecture through tape-out, silicon bring-up, and mass production.
What you'll do
- Own the digital architecture across multiple Power IC product families and drive IP/design reuse across derivatives
- Lead and mentor a small, hands-on digital design team, ensuring high-quality execution from concept to production
- Collaborate closely with analog, power, and system teams, acting as a technical peer to functional leads
- Own the digital contribution to functional safety architecture (ISO 26262 ASIL-D) and ensure compliance with safety requirements
