About the role
As a Senior Data Analyst within the HCJ DP organization, you will be responsible for enabling data integrity, scalable data solutions, and insightful business analysis to support informed decision-making across the customer journey growth space. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in analytics, Data Products, Data Engineering, SQL, PySpark, and Tableau with strong business understanding.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise Data Products, ensuring reliable, governed, reusable, and business-ready datasets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate requirements into analytical solutions, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations
