About the role
We are hiring Semiconductor Test Engineer with expertise in ATE test development, DFT, and IoT connectivity products (BT/BLE/Wi-Fi) . The role involves silicon bring-up, characterization, production testing, and test automation using Teradyne UltraFLEX-RF platforms , while driving product quality, yield improvement, and manufacturing readiness through close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs for IoT products, including Bluetooth (BT), BLE, and Wi-Fi solutions
- Design and execute characterization and production testing for Digital, Mixed-Signal, PMU, and RF blocks
- Troubleshoot ATE hardware and software issues, ensuring efficient root-cause analysis and problem resolution
- Provide technical support and test engineering expertise to internal teams, manufacturing partners, and customers
- Develop automation solutions using scripting and programming languages such as Perl, Python, C, C++, Java, and Visual Basic
