About the role
The Senior Principal Engineer is a recognized as a technical lead and responsible for driving the architecture, design, and delivery of complex digital IP, ASIC, and SoC solutions. This role provides strategic technical direction across multiple programs, leads critical design initiatives, influences product road maps, and mentors engineering teams to achieve business and technology objectives.
What you'll do
- Responsible for driving the architecture, design, and delivery of complex digital IP, ASIC, and SoC solutions
- Define and drive SoC, subsystem, and IP architectures aligned with product and technology roadmaps
- Lead microarchitecture development for complex digital systems with a strong focus on scalability, power efficiency, performance, and manufacturability
- Own critical design decisions and guide architectural trade-offs across performance, power, area (PPA), reliability, and cost objectives
- Translate product requirements into robust architectural specifications and implementation plans
