About the role
We're looking for a highly motivated Product Definition Engineer / Technical Product Owner to drive the development of next-generation Medium Voltage GaN (iGaN) products from concept to production. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and customer engagement , leading cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions for AI server power, data centers, renewable energy, and industrial power systems .
What you'll do
- Work at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and customer engagement , leading cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions for AI server power
- Act as the primary technical owner for assigned Medium Voltage GaN(iGaN) products throughout the product lifecycle
- Translate customer, market, and system-level requirements into detailed product specifications
- Develop product requirement documents (PRQ), feature definitions, datasheet specifications, and product positioning
- Define key electrical, thermal, package, reliability, and protection requirements. Cross-Functional Technical Leadership
