What you'll do
- Own customer-reported Failure Analysis (FA) cases from initiation through customer closure
- Perform electrical failure analysis on IoT Wi-Fi and Bluetooth semiconductor devices
- Conduct lot trace analysis and manufacturing data reviews to identify potential process or product anomalies
- Execute DC/bench testing and electrical characterization as part of failure investigations
- Perform ATE testing on UltraFlex platforms and analyze test logs to determine failure mechanisms
