About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated RF engineer to join candidate will play a key role in validating, characterizing, and optimizing RF performance of Bluetooth and IEEE 802.15.4 products across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) variations.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end RF validation activities for Bluetooth and IEEE 802.15.4 wireless connectivity solutions, ensuring high-performance and standards-compliant products
- Define and execute comprehensive RF validation strategies, test plans, and coverage for performance, protocol compliance, and interoperability requirements
- Drive RF characterization and optimization across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) variations to ensure robust product performance
- Evaluate RF sensitivity to silicon process variations and implement improvements to enhance performance margins and reliability
- Collaborate closely with RFIC and modem design teams to optimize RF performance and achieve specification compliance across all operating conditions
