About the role
Seeking a Semiconductor Test Engineer with expertise in ATE test development, DFT, and SoC validation for RF, connectivity, and IoT products. The role focuses on silicon bring-up, characterization, production testing, yield improvement, and test automation using Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms .
What you'll do
- Create, debug, and optimize ATE test programs, while troubleshooting hardware- and software-related test issues
- Provide technical support and test engineering expertise to internal teams, manufacturing partners, and customers
- Develop automation and test solutions using programming and scripting languages such as Perl, Python, C, C++, Java, and Visual Basic
- Develop and debug characterization and production test programs for SoC connectivity products, including Digital, Mixed-Signal, PMU, NVM, and RF blocks
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IP Design, Applications, DFT, Product Engineering
