What you'll do
- Perform electrical failure analysis on customer-returned PSoC, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth devices
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer quality issues
- Conduct ATE testing and debug on Ultra Flex and other industry-standard testers
- Analyze manufacturing and test data to identify yield detractors and process excursions
- Support front-end and back-end yield improvement initiatives
