About the role
Develop and execute test plans for SoC devices in collaboration with Design and Product Engineering teams. Implement, debug, and release production test programs on Advantest V93K SMT8 ATE platforms. Perform AC/DC, mixed-signal, and bench testing to validate product functionality and performance. Analyze test data using statistical tools and methodologies (GR&R, CPK) to drive quality improvements.
What you'll do
