What you'll do
- Collaborate with the TD lead to coordinate talent reviews and ensure completion of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and share insights for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with facilities team to training room set up, IT set up, internal & external. Post training feedback follow up and analysis
- Take on other training and development tasks as assigned during the course of the assignment
- Reporting and visualization tools is a plus. Fair experience using learning
