What you'll do
- Provide Cerner HealtheLife patient portal support
- Support patient communication platform integrations (SMS, email, IVR)
- Support care coordination tools
- Provide population health workflow basics (chronic disease registries, care gap workflows)
- Inspect HL7 v2.x ADT messages for portal account provisioning diagnosis
