About the role
Senior-level (Medium to Complex packaging ownership) We are looking for an experienced Application Packaging Engineer to join our End-User Computing / IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging, testing, and deploying applications using industry-standard packaging frameworks, with strong hands-on expertise in PSADT (PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit) 4.13 and Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
What you'll do
- Design, build, test, and package applications (MSI, EXE, MSIX) for enterprise-wide silent deployment
- Develop and maintain deployment scripts using PSADT 4.13, ensuring adherence to packaging standards and best practices
- Independently take ownership of medium and complex packaging requests, ensuring delivery within agreed SLA timelines
- Create, configure, and deploy applications through SCCM (Applications, Deployment Types, Collections, Detection Methods, Requirement Rules)
- Troubleshoot and resolve application installation failures and packaging-related incidents raised by end users or the service desk
