About the role
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Lead to drive our ERP implementation projects and support our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, mentor junior functional consultants/business analysts, and act as a strategic point of contact for clients.
What you'll do
- Training Management: Design and lead functional training programs for internal team members and clients during project onboarding or rollouts
- Client Relationship & Account Health: Serve as a primary point of contact for project clients
- Conduct monthly/regular review meetings for project delivery and employee augmentation accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and resource performance
