About the role
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice – Enterprise TSE to join our Support Operations team in Trivandrum, reporting to Eden Francis, Senior Manager, Enterprise Support. In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience supporting Infoblox customers, learning our products, tools, and troubleshooting best practices.
What you'll do
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and internal transfer of information (TOIs)
- Support lab activities for product testing and simulation under guidance
- Use approved AI tools to retrieve information, summarize case history, draft routine documentation, and improve productivity
- Deliver a signature win: ship a feature, close a marquee deal, launch a campaign, or roll out a game-changing process
- Own your domain, mentor the next newcomer, and steer our roadmap with data-driven ideas
