About the role
We are seeking a Revenue Accountant based in Bangalore to join our dynamic Revenue Accounting team. In this role, you will support accurate and timely revenue recognition and financial reporting by executing revenue close activities, reviewing customer contracts, and maintaining high-quality revenue accounting data.
What you'll do
- Support accurate and timely revenue recognition and financial reporting by executing revenue close activities, reviewing customer contracts
- Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues, strengthen controls
- Execute month-end and quarter-end revenue close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, rollforwards, flux analyses
- Perform revenue sub-ledger activities, including contract combinations, holds review, FOB and acceptance releases, and periodic SSP updates
- Review customer contracts and non-standard deal terms in partnership with Deal Desk, Sales
