About the role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance Technology team in Bengaluru, India, reporting to Director, IT Product Owner. In this pivotal role, you will partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion functional solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and related Finance processes.
What you'll do
- Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion functional solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Translate business needs into functional solutions, support implementation and operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across Finance Technology
- Lead requirements, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support for business-critical Finance workflows
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and document business processes, functional requirements, and solution options
- Create, review, and maintain functional design documentation aligned with business needs and system capabilities
