About the role
We have an opportunity for a Technical Trainer II to join our Technical Education team in India - Trivandrum , reporting to Manager, Technical Education . In this role, you will deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training across our network observability portfolio, helping customers, partners, and employees turn complex network telemetry into confident operational decisions.
What you'll do
- Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training across our network observability portfolio, helping customers, partners
- Develop practical learning experiences, guide hands-on troubleshooting, and translate network insights into action
- Teach investigation workflows from symptoms to likely root causes using flow, routing, telemetry, synthetic data, and relevant AI-assisted capabilities
- Help learners evaluate data quality, coverage, sampling, blind spots, and confidence in findings
- Design, maintain, and validate hands-on labs, demonstrations, and datasets
