About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals while ensuring timely closures and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
What you'll do
- Source and recruit healthcare professionals through job portals, social media, references, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future healthcare requirements
