Strict compliance of all safety standards at site. Foster a culture of safety excellence across all field teams, implementing and enforcing safety protocols. Continuously improve operational efficiency by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices.
What you'll do
- Ensure Program management of nationwide projects as per specified parameters
- Manage and optimize project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control
- Lead and mentor regional project managers, providing coaching and support to achieve successful project outcomes
- Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines and specifications
- Working closely with Project Managers, QHSE, SCM & other functionals leads to ensure smooth work execution
