About the role
The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources function by assisting in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, HR administration, and statutory compliance activities.
What you'll do
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination
- Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support attendance, leave, and workforce data management
- Coordinate learning and development programs and maintain training records
