About the role
The Proposal Engineer is responsible for preparing techno‑commercial proposals in response to customer RFQs, tenders, and inquiries. The role acts as a bridge between Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate costing, technical compliance, and timely submission of competitive proposals.
What you'll do
- Proposal Preparation & Submission
- Prepare technical, commercial, and techno‑commercial proposals for customer inquiries
- Study RFQs, drawings, specifications, and scope of supply to ensure full compliance
- Prepare proposal documents including technical datasheets, compliance statements, and offer letters
- Ensure proposals are submitted accurately and within deadlines
