About the role
For our CSS division we are looking for a Project Manager who will lead multiple projects, ensuring alignment with internal and contractual requirements. The Project Manager will act as the central controller for all project-related activities, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the assigned projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, cost control, risk registers, and status reporting
- Identify and resolve with the team any potential deviations from the approved project plan and manage critical paths to achieve milestone goals
- Coordinate internal functions, i.e. engineering, procurement, manufacturing and QA/QC
- Facilitate consensus decisions and conflict resolution within the team
