About the role
The role involves providing technical service support for pumps at customer sites across South India, including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
What you'll do
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support
- Analyse pump failures and identify root causes
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve pump performance and reliability
- Register customer complaints in the system and track them through to closure
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure prompt resolution of issues
