About the role
This position will be a strong individual contributor driving engineering initiatives, which deliver growth, gross margin, cost saving and product integrity control, support manufacturing operations, and meet customer requirements through product enhancement / productivity projects and engineered solutions.
What you'll do
- Responsible for design & development of air compressor components and packages Oil free Rotary screw air compressors
- Responsible for release of drawings and BOM for new design or custom engineered solutions in ERP system
- Responsible for managing Engineering design related work for productivity improvement projects through effective participation on cross-functional teams
- Ensure performance, quality, and reliability are maintained throughout the design cycle
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of engineering design, documentation, and bill of material for products
