What you'll do
- ADP Workforce Manager Platform Ownership
- Serve as the primary technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ADP Workforce Manager across the EMEIA region
- Own system configuration, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and technical governance of the platform
- Design, configure, and maintain complex workforce management rules, including pay policies, attendance policies, absence management, accruals, scheduling rules
- Evaluate system performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve functionality, user experience, efficiency, and compliance
