Associate Manager, Data Delivery & Dashboard

About the role

The Data Delivery & Dashboards team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of complex data outputs for our healthcare market research projects. The team is responsible for conducting comprehensive quality checks on large datasets, transforming and standardising data files to meet project and client requirements, and managing delivery through automated and off-the-shelf dashboard solutions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with researchers, analysts, and engineers to ensure data flows seamlessly from collections to visual storytelling
• Also support the team in delivering insightful, user-friendly dashboards through automated tools and off-the-shelf solutions
• Maintain and update Power BI Dashboard when required due to changes from the research team
• Manage and rectify when failures occur in the dashboard, liaising with both the data providers, research team and developers on the Pipeline
• Manage the storage mart and data warehouse
