About the role

Offer letter preparation and releasing soft copy of the offer letter to the candidate. Responsible for smooth on-boarding experience,apprising employees with company HR policy’s & procedures. Monthly payroll report generation of all the employees like new joinee details,resignations,loss of pay and leave management.

What you'll do

• Taking care of the joining formalities like creating email ID’s, employee code generation and collecting document for background verification
• Responsible for smooth on-boarding experience,apprising employees with company HR policy’s & procedures
• Arranging training sessions every week by coordinating with department heads
• Conducting monthly employment engagement activities
• Conduct exit interviews for each exiting employee; share the feedback with the manager; ensure closure of all clearances required
