Assignment and Training Coordinator – Pune

About the role

You like to plan and coordinate while managing multiple requests at once? With training demand increasing, new classrooms opening in Pune, and sales activity growing, we are looking for a full-time, organized, and proactive coordinator to support training planning and ensure the smooth execution of all related activities.

What you'll do

• Manage the deployment of Application Specialists across multiple technical assignments, identifying underutilization, overallocation, and resource gaps
• Serve as a single point of contact for all customer training requests (for online, onsite and classroom training)
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of the Pune training classroom
• Perform critical cyclical tasks, including issuing training certificates and coordinating the shipment of required equipment
• Perform administrative follow-ups related to training coordination and documentation, and provide backup support to the Operations team
