Based at our Pune office, and under the supervision of the Lead Operations Coordinator, the Operations Support Agent will be responsible for the following tasks:
What you'll do
- Complete the vendor registration process for clients
- Validate with the corporate affairs team for all legal documents
- Work closely with the accounting team to manage vendor payments and ensure proper follow-up
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Handle monthly employee expense accounts
