About the role
As a Change & Program Manager within the Global Business Services organization, you will lead organizational change activities across strategic transformation and transition initiatives within a global and highly matrixed environment. This role is primarily focused on driving successful organizational adoption, stakeholder alignment, leadership engagement, communication and people readiness across complex business transformations.
What you'll do
- Change Management & Organizational Readiness
- Lead Change Management activities across strategic transformation and transition initiatives within Global Business Services
- Develop and execute comprehensive Change Management strategies and plans to support organizational readiness and sustainable adoption
- Develop communication approaches and key messaging tailored to different stakeholder groups and organizational levels
- Coordinate communication activities across transformation initiatives in partnership with business leaders, HR, Communications, and project teams
