Payroll Implementation Lead

About the role

The Payroll Implementation Lead is accountable for ensuring payroll operations are fully ready to successfully transition to and operate the future-state payroll solution. The role acts as the payroll implementation readiness lead across design, testing, controls, training, cutover, and stabilization, providing vendor assurance that payroll can be delivered accurately, compliantly, and without disruption post go-live.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end payroll readiness across people, process, technology, data, controls, and vendor support
• Establish and manage readiness gates, entry/exit criteria, and go/no-go recommendations
• Drive resolution of readiness risks, dependencies, and open issues impacting payroll delivery
• Process & Operational Readiness
• Ensure clear ownership, governance, escalation paths, and support structures are in place prior to go-live
