About the role
The Regional Lead is responsible for end-to-end real estate and corporate security execution across an assigned international region (e.g., Americas ex-US, EMEA ex-Germany, APAC). This role ensures the effective delivery of real estate, facilities, and security programs across a diverse portfolio of offices, clinics, laboratories, and manufacturing sites.
What you'll do
- Regional Portfolio Execution & Strategy Delivery
- Own execution of real estate portfolio strategy across the assigned international region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local business needs
- Ensure effective implementation of footprint strategies, including expansion, consolidation, and optimization initiatives
- Monitor regional market conditions and provide insights to inform portfolio decisions and risk management
