What you'll do
- Corporate Housekeeping & Entity Portfolio Management
- Support corporate housekeeping matters and coordinate legal guidance/advice requests pertaining to FME group affiliates worldwide, under attorney supervision
- Manage the portfolio of FME group affiliates: draft, prepare and coordinate corporate law documents (by-laws, resolutions, etc.), compiling relevant corporate information
- Manage, administer and keep updated the FME group entity database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of corporate records
- Prepare corporate registration documents and manage registrations with relevant local institutions (e.g. commercial/companies registers, register courts
